He made his club cricket debut for Nantwich Cricket Club and on 19 April 2015, he attracted much attention by scoring 350 runs from just 138 balls, one of the highest individual scores ever in one-day cricket. The following year, he joined Lancashire County Cricket Club and entered county cricket, making his first-class debut in 2016.

Livingstone attended Chetwynd School in Barrow-in-Furness and later continued his education at Barrow Sixth Form College, which operates under Furness College in Cumbria.

Domestic and International Debut

Liam Livingstone played his first international Twenty20 match (T20I) for England against South Africa on June 23, 2017. After that, he made his debut in the One Day International (ODI) format on March 26, 2021, playing against India. Later, he played his first Test match on December 1, 2022, against Pakistan.

Since then, Livingstone has had a very successful career in international cricket. He became the fastest England player to score a century in a T20 match, which is a remarkable achievement. Career

On 19 April 2015, Livingstone became a player of the name when he scored 350 runs off 138 balls for Nantwich, one of the highest individual scores in one-day cricket.

He made his first-class debut for Lancashire in 2016. In April 2017, he led the team to their first win of the season as stand-in captain and earned a county cap. Later that year, Lancashire appointed him as captain for the 2018 season.

In June 2017, he joined the England T20I team and made his debut against South Africa. In January 2018, England included him in the Test squad after a strong performance with the England Lions.

England included him in training groups during 2020, and he was included in the ODI squads against Ireland and South Africa. In 2021, he rejoined Rajasthan Royals and made his ODI debut against India, averaging 63 runs in the series.

In 2021, he scored his maiden T20I century against Pakistan and set England’s fastest fifty and century in the format. He also played in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.

In 2022, Punjab Kings signed him, and he hit the longest six of the tournament. That year, he also played in The Hundred and helped England during record-breaking ODI matches, including a total of 498/4 against the Netherlands.

He made his Test debut against Pakistan in December 2022.

In 2024, he represented England in the T20 World Cup and later led the team on a tour of the West Indies, where he scored his maiden ODI century with an unbeaten 124.
