In Test cricket, batsmen always try to score big to make it easier for the bowlers. Generally, 500 runs is considered a big score in this format because teams that score 500 or more often suffer fewer defeats. With batsmen dominating the current era of cricket, scores of 400 to 500+ have become the norm in Test cricket.

With the increasing influence of the T20 format, the situation has changed in the batsmen’s favour, and big scores have become much easier to achieve. Let’s take a look at the top 10 teams with the highest 500+ scores in Test cricket.
