1. Sikandar Raza (Zimbabwe) – 334 rating

Zimbabwe skipper Sikandar Raza has reclaimed his place as the top all-rounder in the ICC Men’s T20I rankings after helping Zimbabwe qualify for the Super Eights stage of the T20 World Cup. His ICC all-rounder rating has broken into the all-time top 10 of men’s T20I all-rounder ratings, surpassing Marlon Samuels’ career peak of 310.

In 133 matches he has scored 3,089 runs with a batting average of 26.63 and taken 107 wickets with a bowling average of 23.54. At 39 years old, he remains the most complete T20I all-rounder on the planet.

2. Saim Ayub (Pakistan) – 275 rating

In recent times, Sam Ayub and Sikandar Raza have swapped the top spot in the T20I all-rounder rankings several times. In 67 matches, he has scored 1,298 runs at a batting average of 21.28 and a strike rate of 135.92, and taken 29 wickets at a bowling average of 22.28.

Right from the start of his career, the Pakistan left-arm bowler’s trajectory has pointed towards the top of this list for years to come.

3. Hardik Pandya (India) – 259 rating

India’s most important white-ball asset across all formats. In 138 matches, Hardik Pandya has scored 2,288 runs at a batting average of 28.25 and a strike rate of 145.92, and has taken 114 wickets at a bowling average of 27.13.

Pandya’s ability to contribute 30-40 runs in the death overs and bowl at a four-over pace in the middle overs gives India a dimension that no other team can easily replicate.

4. Deependra Singh Airi (Nepal) – 256 rating

One of the most surprising names in the top five and one of the most compelling stories in world cricket. In 100 matches, Ari has scored 2,220 runs at a batting average of 34.15 and a strike rate of 139.62 and has taken 62 wickets at a bowling average of 20.85 and an economy rate of 6.00.

He also holds the world record for the fastest T20I fifty in just 9 balls against Mongolia at the 2023 Asian Games. Nepal’s rise in global T20 cricket has one face and that face is his.

5. Roston Chase (West Indies) – 249 ratings

A Test specialist who has truly made a name for himself as a T20I all-rounder. In 60 matches, Chase has scored 846 runs at a batting average of 23.50 and taken 40 wickets at a bowling average of 28.90.

His off-spin provides control in the middle overs while his batting provides a calming presence for the West Indies under pressure. A rating of 249 in just 60 matches tells you how efficiently he has accumulated ranking points.

6. Will Jacks (England) – 243 rating

England’s most exciting all-rounder in the shortest format. In 41 matches, Will Jacks has scored 630 runs at a batting average of 22.50 and a strike rate of 147.20 and has taken 16 wickets at a bowling average of 21.38.

He bowls off-spin at an economy rate of 8.77 and bats with the aggression demanded by England’s white-ball template. He has played 92 fewer matches than Raza and is already ranked sixth in the world.

7. Azmatullah Omarzai (Afghanistan) – 241 ratings

Afghanistan’s all-round depth has been one of the defining stories of global T20 cricket in recent years and Omarzai is a vital part of that. In 66 matches, he has scored 808 runs at a batting average of 17.96 and taken 54 wickets at a bowling average of 24.59.

He bowls a right-arm medium pace that largely defines Afghanistan’s spin attack, giving it a different dimension in the middle overs.

8. Mohammad Nabi (Afghanistan) – 209 ratings

One of the longest-serving all-rounders in world T20I cricket. Mohammad Nabi has moved up three places in the latest rankings update. In 152 matches, he has scored 2,448 runs at a batting average of 22.25 and taken 109 wickets at a bowling average of 27.78.

Both Nabi and Raza have built their rankings from careers that most people associate with experience rather than peak power.

9. Jason Holder (West Indies) – 209 rating

West Indies’ most reliable death-over bowler and a consistent lower-order contributor. In 98 matches, Jason Holder has scored 909 runs at a batting average of 18.94 and taken 112 wickets at a bowling average of 26.52.

His strike rate of 142.25 shows that he scores quickly when the situation calls for it. Holder and Nabi have the same rating of 209, which is separated by career path rather than current output.

10. Mohammad Nawaz (Pakistan) – 203 Rating

The Pakistani left-arm spinner enters the top ten. Mohammad Nawaz has moved up one place from the previous ranking cycle to reach seventh position and has been steadily increasing his rating.

In 98 matches, he has scored 911 runs at a batting average of 17.52 and taken 101 wickets at a bowling average of 20.88 and an economy rate of 7.19. His bowling average and economy combined make him one of the highest economy spinners in the top ten.
